I just took my mom here for mothers day and it was amazing. Everyone was very nice and open to what you did or didn't want. It was very quiet and calm. Very nice ambiance. The language barrier was a little hard to be 100% honest. I had wanted my calves to be worked on more than any other part of my body but the person working on me didn't quite understand what I was saying, so that was a bit of a bummer. Other than that everything was great and the prices are pretty good as well! I will be back.

That being said, if you don't require that much pressure, you can always ask them for less, you just can't go the other way. I was feeling really tight more so than usual. Was on my way back into town and yelped a spot. So glad I came here. They adjusted so that I, as a walk-in, could be accommodated for a 60 min deep tissue ($50). Phillip did an amazing job. Found all the areas that were knotted and checked in to make sure it wasn't too much pressure. I can take a lot so if you need a REAL deep tissue massage he is the one to ask for! Definitely plan to return when in the area.

A massage was much needed and so glad I found this place! From my phone call to inquire about their services to leaving out their door, everything was great. The only thing that slightly could have ruined the experience (but I didn't let it) was the couple in the room next to me talking to each other. Had a bad accident late last year and they have worked on me 2-3 times a month helping to get me loosened up to be able to function properly.

Call in advance because they are ALWAYS full esp on weekends.

In terms of customer service, massage quality, and price, it's about as good as it gets.

Even at $40 for an hour full body massage, the therapist was very attentive despite being a routine. She was also attentive to my requests for different pressures as well as dealt with my snoring because I felt so relaxed. I tipped $20 because $60 in and out is still very affordable for bodywork; I'm not rich but I appreciate them.

They weren't busy on a Wednesday afternoon but I could tell that this place is probably pretty popular, just in the way the staff carries theirselves. From owner to therapist, they were all well-spoken and really kind.

I chose the 90 minute massage and he worked on me top to bottom, working out the pain and rope-like sore tendons in my body using dry massage, oil massage, and hot stones. I left a little sore from the deep tissue massage he gave me, but otherwise feeling like I could walk tall. After paying, Michelle thanked me for my visit and gave me a warm hug like I was an old friend. This is a place I will definitely be returning to the next time I need a massage.

Boy, was it worth it! Joe, who set us up with our appointment was very friendly and inviting! Our massage therapsist were Leo and Tina! Both were above exceptional!! Leo had strong hands and my wife loved Tina! We're definitely gonna be regulars here!

After mopping and sweeping the house floor and not being able to get physical therapy I had to come in for a massage and John did an excellent job helping my knots and tensions. Oh however much my health issues expenses costs each month I still say these massage places deserve so much tips because of so much efforts they put in relieving the pain and aches and suffering you deal with

If I can rate it higher, I would!! We have tried so many different massage places but by far this has been the best!! Quiet, minimal distractions, they are polite and very clean.
I would try a male masseuse next time. Little more pressure would've been more suitable. But besides that it was excellent.
We will definitely go back!! Tip: call and book an appointment first.
Wish they would stay open little later!!!

This massage was good, not great. But still satisfactory for $40.

A couple things: the hostess lady asked us the change behind the curtain (there aren't rooms here) and she leaves, we change and I'm standing there topless and she walks back into the room unannounced (seeing me and all my glory!) I was definitely caught off guard by that unprofessionalism.

The tables were hard & had some plastic covering, and the face hole wasn't the most comfortable.

The hot stones were nice, and they definitely were not afraid to apply hard pressure. They did press hard on bones though (like my boyfriend and i's spine...) which hurt a bit.

Not being in a separate room, meant that background noises disrupted the spa experience and made it hard to relax.

They do have a stamp card which is nice.

Despite all this, if I needed an inexpensive massage, I may return here.

Where to begin?! I guess I should start from the beginning, in that it was not what I expected.. in the best possible way! I have been to several "hole in the wall" massage clinics, and I've come to learn the general routine: pay upfront, they ask for a tip, I politely decline, telling them I'll tip afterwards and we go about it. NOT HERE! I walked in, and they asked me how long of a session I wanted, which are INCREDIBLY affordable, then they showed me back to my room. I immediately thought, 'this is refreshingly new' .. my therapist's name was TINA whom I HIGHLY RECOMMEND! I asked her to spend some extra time on my right shoulder which was causing me trouble, which she then went to work on. I didn't know this was possible, but she pretty much fixed something that had been bothering me for months! On top of all that, I got what I paid for, which was a full hour. SERIOUSLY! A full 60 minutes of work, none of that "10 minute consult, 50 minute massage" garbage they pull at Massage Envy and the like. To wrap this up: I GLADLY (and voluntarily) paid a $15 tip for a $40 1-hour massage. I'll let you do the math on what percentage that is, but they now have a customer for life. I look forward to many more visits to this professional and CLEAN establishment.

In terms of price, it can't be beat - especially in this area. There aren't any rooms persay- but you are separated by a curtain which is fine with me.

When you first start, they don't soak your feet in hot water... so that's a bummer. But, overall it's not a bad experience. The staff speaks pretty good English, quite better than most places so that's a plus!

The massage was pretty solid and I would be back. Please make sure to tip well (I always tip $10 but I'm used to going to OC where that's the mandatory tip). Remember that they are working on your body, getting rid of your knots and it puts a strain on them by doing so as well!

My first time here! The lady greeting didn't know much English. I was trying to explain to her that their business website was not functioning well since I tried to set up an appointment and it wouldn't go through... she didn't understand much... I asked for Tom because most Yelp reviews had something good to say about him but she said he left long time ago! Since I was asking for Tom she thought I had been there before. I went in just for a foot massage for $25 and the lady kept saying you haven't been here for so long. She said I'll give you $5 off if you get the full body $40 for $35 (included hot stones) she said I'd give you a gift if it was your first time... I told her it is my first time and she said why you ask for Tom then? I said because of the Yelp reviews... lol she gave me $5 off but no gift it's ok I was very, very content. She also had the manager come in the room so that I can tell him what I was telling her he was English speaking Caucasian man. My masseuse name was Erick I usually feel uncomfortable with men but I was in so much pain I didn't care I needed someone with lots of strength. I told him that I was feeling pain on my neck and feet so he tried concentrating on those areas... He was terrific I came out feeling so relaxed! He was very nice he kept asking are you ok is pressure ok, he didn't know much English but he didn't have to his hands spoke for him lol he went 5minutes beyond my one hour he was like next time lol I am definitely coming back no doubt about it! $35 Well spent! BTW I was sort of upset that the lady mistakenly charged my credit card $60 thankfully I had more than that in my acct but just a heads up for those that might not, she gave me the difference in cash... just verify the amount she's charging you before she slides your card...

Came here for a foot massage as a couple since were on our feet alot and really needed this. The owner was very nice and was able to get us in quickly. The prices are fair, they seem very clean. The male masseuse didnt speak much english at all so we tried gestures and some kind of sign language lol. But he still gave a good massage. We will come back again, Thank you.

I came in for a last minute massage, not usually my style, but spur of the moment kind of thing. I did the full body massage for 60 minutes. The atmosphere was very nice quiet coming. My massage therapist was Lio. He did a wonderful job and my massage was relaxing and hit all the spots that I needed it too. I have a lot of knots in my shoulders and neck and he made sure to concentrate on those areas. they also used hot rocks which felt very good after the massage. I have been having a hard time finding a location that I can afford to go to twice a month. I would definitely recommend this place to others!

You can't beat $40 for a 60 minute quality massage. The owner Michelle is extremely nice and goes out of her way to make you feel welcomed. I've had several massages there and as a guy I recommend Leo or Tom as they really know how to find the areas that require deeper and stronger attention. I've been so stressed out and I thought I should get a massage. I never have gotten a massage so this was my first time. I enjoyed it a lot. Cindy was so kind and patience. 30 minute body massage came with oils and hot stones. Will definitely come back and do the one hour massage. All my knots in my back are gone.

I was in dire need of a massage so a friend recommended this place. I usually pay $25/15 minutes for a massage so figured why not give this place a try with its unbeatable prices. It was the BEST massage I have ever received. 20 minutes into the massage I asked to extend to the full hour ($40), again because Lucy was so excellent. She do a full hour, used a lot of pressure for a deep tissue massage, and if I wanted more work on certain areas she gladly did it. Plus the staff is so friendly. I highly recommend to give this place a try and you will not regret it.

The family runs this establishment is warm and welcoming, the rooms are beautifully done as you walk into the lobby you feel the spiritual energy just releasing any tension you may have, from start to finish wonderful place to be and the best prices in town!

I just took my mom here for mothers day and it was amazing. Everyone was very nice and open to what you did or didn't want. It was very quiet and calm. Very nice ambiance. The language barrier was a little hard to be 100% honest. I had wanted my calves to be worked on more than any other part of my body but the person working on me didn't quite understand what I was saying, so that was a bit of a bummer. Other than that everything was great and the prices are pretty good as well! I will be back.

Best massage in the IE! been going here for 3+ years. Moved to Long Beach recently and still drive out here twice a month to get my sore, tight, knotted muscles all relaxed. If you like firm pressure ask for it! They deliver. Don't take my word for it though! Go get a massage here and you won't regret it!

Took my Mother in law here as a birthday gift, we both LOVED it. I am usually skeptical about hole in wall massage place like this but, I must say it exceeded my expectations BY FAR. I got the $25 60min massage it was very relaxing. I got therapist Eric (very strong) and my mother in law got Hanna (mom n law said she couldn't believe how strong she was for a little lady lol she had her fall asleep) they both were great. Prices are very reasonable!

This spa is amazing! I live in Vegas but decided to look for a nearby massage spa in Ontario while staying at my parents home. I got the combo massage for (this I highly recommend!) for 60 minutes, and boy! I felt so great after. The combo allows for a 30 minute foot massage and 30 minute upper body massage.

Had a great massage BUT made my appointment this morning for a 6 pm massage. I specifically requested Cindy, when I got there a lady took me back to the room to prepare for the massage. When the massage started I didn't realize it till I heard the persons voice (I have never been to Cindy but my boyfriend has so thats why I requested her), turns out the therapist was male. Therapist was good but not who I asked for....NOT HAPPY that I paid full price for a person that I didn't request.

I have had massages all over the country and have been to all of the "Chain" locations and this was THE BEST MASSAGE I have ever had in my life! What a bargain at $60 for 90 minutes! Doesn't look the part from the outside but inside is clean, quality, friendly and 100% Legit! Cindy is the best masseuse I have ever had! Don't waste your time and money anywhere else as this is the absolute best place for a great massage and I don't ever give 5 stars! Very caring staff, friendly with great attitudes. The shop is very clean and my massage was very nice, pressure was perfect and I left feeling a lot of relief. I have been going to Foot and Body Spa for the last 3 months, I have terrible frozen shoulder after 6 weeks of cast from my fracture of wrist.
It usually would take a year or two to heal,
my range of motion was so limited and the pain was killing me.
I am so glad to find this place, The Place is clean, the owner, Michelle is so sweet and friendly, Once a week Jerry thoroughly deep tissue massage my shoulder . every single treatment results in a noticeable reduction of pain and increasing my range of motion . I am about 90% heal after three months of treatments. I really appreciate Jerry's treatment, although it was painful to have deep tissue massage on frozen shoulder. But it is well worth to recover faster.

Wow! I just had the best Thai massage by Megan here! She applied perfect pressure, was so professional and asked if the pressure was ok throughout. The spa is operated by a lovely woman and is obviously well maintained. The price for a FULL hour massage is $25! Be aware that this is advertised as a foot massage but is really a full body massage! They lay you down on a comfy bed type cushion then cover you with a sheet. They begin by massaging your scalp, neck and face. They then move to your arms then do an in depth foot massage. You flip then they work on your back and back of legs. Incredible!! Request Megan if you can! Also although 20% of $25 is 5 bucks I tip $10 as it's exceptionally priced and the amount of work this lovely staff puts into each massage is incredible! This will be a regular after work decompress stop for me!

I found Foot and Body Spa in Upland because this is where the 24hr fitness I go to is located I remember them when the advertised a $19.00 foot massage I alway liked to go to Roland Heights for my foot massage my sister in law and father in law tried it the liked it the place I notice is family friendly. Michelle the manager is easy to communicate with she can tell the person massaging you what you want I started a couple of month ago I tried the $19.00 foot massage for a while I went to the deep tissue for one hour today I at the urging of Michelle I have tried the 90 minutes deep tissue I can say this was intense all the hacking of my body went to the way side the lady that Michelle chose for me this time was great she removed all of my stress.
I can't thank them enough I really recommend Upland Foot & Body Spa to anyone looking for a clean family oriented body massage.

Rachel was an incredible ~ she intuitively knew where I needed work and man!!! She helped release really tight parts in my neck, back, legs, arms, feet! She's like magic!!!( I'll be back!) The place is very clean, cool/fresh, really nice music too. The towels are very nice... large enough to cover your body and thin enough to not be too hot. I got the full body 1 hour stone massage ~ it was outstanding! It felt so good.... I then got another 1 hour foot massage!!! Hahahahah!

Difficulty adjusting to the time. My friend France treated me to 90 minutes of deep massage with Tom. It was amazing. At first the yanking will touch the deep places where it hurts. The staff is great, it's a mix of males and females, I always request females. Linda is my go-to, she's rough and makes me feel so good! Today sadly was her day off, so I got another little asian girl to massage me and she was powerful and great!

It's strictly business, exactly what I'm looking for.

The rooms are primarily supported by curtains, and I personally hate that so I can the private rooms (they only have two) so if you're like me, call in advance unless you're willing to wait as customers may already be in them. They can also support couple massages, again supported by curtains only.

He noticed I was limping and asked what happened. I've been to 3 doctors already. First one said it was inflammation and told me to take 2 Tylenol everyday for 5 days. Didn't work. Next doctor told me I had arthritis and prescribed a narcotic strength pain reliever. Finally the next doctor said arthritis and that it will continue to get worse as I get older.

I was devastated and decided to go the natural route I started eating more anti inflammatory foods and was going to start acupuncture. I wasn't giving up. It's already been over a month.

Tonight I had a pre-booked massage appointment. Received a phone call yesterday that the therapist I originally booked with wasn't available.

That's how I met Ralph. He was truly a God send. It was meant to be. By the time I left I was almost 100% pain free. I was even walking better. As he walked me out I started to cry. I was so grateful that he was able to help me.

I made an appointment for my daughter to see him. She dislocated her knee over 6 weeks ago. I believe that he'll be able to help her too.

I love this little massage salon. I get the most amazing body massage I have ever had. Tom is thorough and clearly extremely knowledgeable of anatomy. I had great shoulder and lower back pain when I first came to him 5 months ago and now I often have absolutely no pain (until stress gets back on my back, literally). He is also remarkable because, as I go regularly, he pays close attention to variations and improvements. He adapts to the variations with incredible attention. I am very grateful for both his incredible skills and attentiveness.

I just left foot & body spa and had a 90 minute massage with Tom. The best massage I ever had, and I been to several spas in the inland empire. I had a tight tendon in my leg and such pain I could hardly walk. I'm leaving foot & body spa and feel 90 percent better. Tom is the man if you have sore muscles or tight tendons.

I had recent total knee replacement surgery and needed therapy to stretch the ligaments in the knee area. The Manager, Michele was very friendly and helpful. She assigned Chanel to be my therapist. The body massage, with hot stones, was very good. She is well trained and knows what she is doing. The stretching of the ligaments after surgery is a needed and a somewhat painful process. Surgery is easy, therapy afterwords is rough! I have had about a dozen ligament stretching sessions with Chanel and they have helped greatly with my mobility. She almost kills me every time, and I thank her for it.

I visited this spa today, because I have bad lower back pain and got excllent deep tissue massage by lucy , She does very professional job with good personality , by the way talk to the manager Michele she is frendly and make you relaxed with everyone gives you welcoming smile, I give high marks for this place and very clean , everyone does good job, ask for sunny and Michele also

I've been here twice. The first time I got Sunyee and she was a bit rough with the massage but it was still good. I went back last week and had the other woman (don't remember her name) but she was much more gentle. If you want a good pressure massage then you want Sunyee. If you want a milder massage then the woman I got is really good. I got the $20.00 60 minute foot massage which is funny because it's actually a full body massage. Totally worth the money!

The staff here were very friendly when my boyfriend and I went in for a massage. We each got the combo massage for $30 and it was very relaxing and helpful in releasing the tension we both had. We will most likely be back again in the near future. Thank you!!

So, I'm on a foot massage kick right now. Most of them are $20-25 bucks for an hour of sublime relaxation; that's kinda hard to beat. This is one of the better, if not the best, one I've been too. I'm going back and forth between this one and my previous favorite spot in claremont; actually, Claremont ( yelp.com/biz/claremont-a ) was better but I have absolutely no complaints about this one.

This one is $20.00 for an hour of massage. They say it's a foot massage but it is definitely more of a body massage. They spent about 30-35 mins on my feet so conversely they spent 25-30 mins on the rest of my body. The pressure was firm and the massage was thorough.

I went late Sunday night (8pm), they had 4 people doing massages and I still had a 30 minute wait. While I was waiting 2 more people showed up, so they stay busy. This is definitely a place I will visit again (agin $20.00 / 1 hour).

Been to several of these places and they are consistent and provide a good massage as well as they keep it quiet, no chattering going on here. I would suggest calling ahead later in the evenings to ensure they can accomodate you. Very nice people.

This is my ten times come to this store, and it is amazing that the price is going down to $ 30/ hr body massage. Very friendly massagers and nice serves, very low price to body massage only 30. I will absolutely come back!!:)

I don't know why some people say bad to this store, but as for my personal experience, this massage store deserve 5 stars!!! Very affordable price 30/hr body massage, clean room and professional serves and friendly stuffs, and they have language barrier but that doesn't matter their massage. I will come back soon!!!!! Wait for me! :)

I pretty much LOVE this place. My only complaint is that if you are in the middle of your massage and someone comes in and requests the person working on you, they will pull them away and you get a new person. Other than that the prices are reasonable and it's all around relaxing.
